What is Double Color Injection

Double color injection refers to the process of injection tool twice on the same machine. In the first cycle, a nozzle injects the plastic into the tool. At this point, the tool will rotate automatically, and another nozzle will inject another plastic into the tool.

Q5: How long is your delivery time?
A: The lead time of T0 sample depends on the tool structure, and generally it takes 40-50 days from receipt of final drawings, deposit and tool design approval. Mass production delivery time depends on the order quantity.
