Two shot injection refers to the process of injection molding twice on the same machine. In the first cycle, a nozzle injects the plastic into the molding. At this point, the molding will rotate automatically, and another nozzle will inject another plastic into the molding.

Q5: How long is your delivery time?
A: The lead time of T0 sample depends on the molding structure, and generally it takes 40-50 days from receipt of final drawings, deposit and molding design approval. Mass production delivery time depends on the order quantity.
