Product Description

·Products that do not use in die tapping technology need to go through processes such as punching and cutting before producing semi-finished products, which are then subjected to a separate process of tapping, forming a secondary operation.
 

·The use of in die tapping technology enables the one-time completion of pre punching and flipping holes in the mold, and thread extrusion molding is particularly suitable for continuous molding mode or continuous stretching die extrusion molding with high thread accuracy and good strength.

The integration of stamping and tapping can eliminate the need for secondary tapping of stamped parts, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
